We want you to be happy with your purchase at Jptoyz. We will refund your money if you are not satisfied as long it is within 15 days of shipment receipt. The product needs to be in the original packaging, copy of order number in closed with product and on video games, video console, software items, and vhs or dvd, they need to be in an unopened condition. The product has to meet these conditions to be refunded.
